Job Description

Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Marketing Data Insights Specialist to join our team at Marmion. As a key member of our marketing department, you will be responsible for analyzing marketing campaign data, identifying trends, and forming actionable insights to increase engagement and sales.

Key Responsibilities

  • Analyze marketing campaign data to identify trends and opportunities for growth
  • Develop and maintain reports and dashboards to track key metrics and KPIs
  • Work with external data providers to ensure high-quality data for marketing campaigns
  • Utilize account data in Salesforce to optimize performance
  • Ensure compliance with relevant data regulations and work closely with the Data Protection Officer to address and mitigate risks

Requirements

  • Experience analyzing marketing data and forming actionable insights is essential
  • Preferable experience in a technology business or B2B environment
  • Understanding of Salesforce Pardot or similar marketing automation software
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
  • UK resident and unrestricted right to work in the UK
