A leading player in technology development and product innovation is seeking a Lead Power Electronics Engineer to join its dynamic and successful development organization.

Position Overview:

The Lead Power Electronics Engineer will play a crucial role in a team working on state-of-the-art switch mode power supply design, focusing on the region of 1kW.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Design and develop high-performance power electronics systems.
  2. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver innovative solutions.
  3. Develop and maintain technical expertise in power electronics and switch mode power supplies.

Requirements:

  1. Minimum 5 years of experience in mixed signal and power electronics.
  2. Strong understanding of SMPS hardware system requirements and control schemes.
  3. Proficiency in moving between the analogue and digital domain.

Qualifications:

  1. BSc in subjects related to power electronics, with a relevant MSc/PhD advantageous.
  2. Strong grounding in electronics design principles and knowledge of available components.
