Senior Employment Lawyer Opportunity

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Senior Employment Lawyer to join a well-respected public sector organisation in the North. This role will provide a challenging and diverse caseload, working within a large legal services team. You will have the flexibility to work remotely, with occasional attendance required for tribunals.

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • Providing expert legal advice and support in all areas of employment law
  • Dealing with complex matters, including TUPE, equal pay, unfair dismissal, and redundancy
  • Representing the organisation at employment tribunals
  • Liaising with internal and external clients
