We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Health, Safety, and Environmental (HSE) Advisor to join our team at Opals Group. As an HSE Advisor, you will play a critical role in ensuring the health, safety, and well-being of our employees, clients, and stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:- Project Delivery: Collaborate with operational teams to deliver high-quality projects that meet our clients' expectations.
- Policies and Procedures: Implement and maintain effective policies, procedures, and safe working practices on our sites.
- Audits and Inspections: Conduct regular office, depot, and site audits and inspections to identify areas for improvement.
- Health and Safety Planning: Support the management team in developing and distributing health and safety plans for standalone and framework projects.
- Risk Management: Undertake risk assessments and review sub-contractor documentation to ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
- Training and Development: Monitor and review training requirements and allocate personnel for training as needed.
- Training Delivery: Prepare and deliver training sessions to personnel as required.
- Initiative Implementation: Drive the implementation of health, safety, and environmental initiatives across the organization.
- Qualifications: NEBOSH General/Construction or similar.
- Experience: Proven experience in a similar role, with a strong understanding of health, safety, and environmental regulations.
