Inventory Management Coordinator for Vehicle Production

We are seeking an experienced Inventory Management Coordinator to facilitate the smooth delivery of early-phase prototype builds in vehicle production at our state-of-the-art manufacturing facility in Surrey.

Job Description:

  • Process parts into the build hall and ensure the timely delivery of all received items
  • Owning the stock control process of part delivery to vehicle build
  • Ensure robust and accurate inventory management of all vehicle parts
  • Work closely with the wider logistics organisation, promoting a collaborative approach and supporting team goals
  • Coordinate all carry-over stock demands from initial request to lineside delivery
  • Efficient tracking and follow-up on active internal requisitions to ensure timely budget approval and part delivery
  • Training in 5S methodology
  • Strong understanding of manufacturing and warehousing environments
  • Proficiency in IT, particularly in Microsoft Excel
  • Experience in material planning and control is preferred
  • Familiarity with SAP products is advantageous
  • Background in the automotive industry is desirable

Salary Range: £40,000 - £55,000 per annum
