About the Job

We are looking for a Lifestyle Programme Manager to join our team at Sanders Senior Living. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for designing and implementing engaging lifestyle programmes for our residents, promoting their wellbeing and happiness.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and implement lifestyle programmes for residents
  • Mentor and train staff on how to deliver high-quality care
  • Ensure all residents receive the highest quality of care
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A positive and forward-thinking attitude
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Experience in a care home setting (preferable)
  • Ability to inspire and lead others
