  • Develop and lead a high-performing finance team, providing exceptional service to stakeholders;
  • Manage finance teams and structure across the region, ensuring efficient and effective operations;
  • Be the local expert on accounting developments, advising senior leaders on key changes and their application;
  • Drive continuous improvement in working capital performance measures.
