Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Environmental Sustainability Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for ensuring the delivery of our environmental policy and compliance with legislation and regulations across multiple projects.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Implement and maintain our Environment and Sustainability strategy, working closely with project teams to ensure successful project delivery.
  • Conduct site inspections and audits, undertaking preliminary environmental assessments and providing environmental training as required.
  • Act as the main point of contact for the environment and sustainability program with key stakeholders, including clients, contractors, and regulators.
  • Develop and maintain ISO14001, waste management plans, and carbon and energy reporting.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in environmental sustainability, with a strong understanding of environmental policies and regulations.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a flexible approach to work.
