About Create Recruitment Specialists Ltd:

We're a leading recruitment agency working with luxury designers in London.

Our clients require Gerber and Lectra Pattern Cutters for ongoing freelance projects.

The Job:

  • Create first patterns using the Gerber/Lectra system while collaborating with designers and seamstresses to ensure garments meet client standards.
  • Produce first patterns and make amendments to existing patterns.
  • Work from spec sheets, following action points to finalize patterns for grading and bulk production.
  • Check and fix graded patterns before sending to manufacturers.

Your Skills:

  • Understand fit and garment construction from development to factory capability.
  • Work efficiently under tight deadlines, managing multiple priorities.
  • Be flexible during peak periods to handle workload.
  • Excel as a team player with excellent interpersonal skills.
  • Communicate clearly and concisely.
  • Confidently digitize, create markers, and lay plans.

The ideal candidate will have prior pattern cutting experience with Gerber, be immediately available, and thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Estimated Salary: £45,000 - £60,000 per annum (dependent on experience).
