Job Description

  • Provide senior-level estate planning, business formation, and asset protection services to our clients
  • Lead the development of customized estate plans and coordinate with our team to ensure seamless execution
  • Cultivate relationships with existing clients and prospects, driving growth and expansion of our network

Requirements

  • Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school
  • Active admission to the Alabama State Bar and in good standing
  • 6+ years of experience in estate planning, business formation, or related areas of law
  • Familiarity with special needs planning is highly desirable
  • Existing private practice
  • Experience in Medicaid planning (required)
  • Reciprocity with neighboring states (a plus)

What We Offer

We provide a comprehensive compensation package, including:

  • Base salary: $150,000 per year
  • Bonus structure: up to 20% of annual revenue generated
  • Ongoing professional development opportunities

Estimated Salary Range

$180,000 - $250,000 per year, based on performance and contributions to our growth.
