Job Title: Education Technology Manager

About the Role

We are seeking an expert leader in technology solutions to join the School of Medicine and lead the planning, development, implementation, and evaluation of integrated technology solutions. In this role, the Director of Medical Education Technology will lead the Education Solutions and Medical Technology Solutions teams to ensure that the School's administration, learning, instruction, and research functions have leading-edge technology solutions to support medical education training.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the planning, development, implementation, and evaluation of integrated technology solutions for medical education training.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to identify technology needs and develop strategic plans to meet those needs.
  • Manage and lead cross-functional teams to implement technology solutions.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with vendors and partners to ensure access to leading-edge technology solutions.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in medical education technology.
Requirements
  • Master's Degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Education Technology, Learning Experience Design, or equivalent.
  • 8 years of leadership experience in educational technology.
  • Excellent knowledge of software development and management, business analysis, IT project management, and IT system architecture.
  • Demonstrated experience in leading technology services, strategic planning, and stakeholder collaboration.
  • Strong understanding of digital health solutions and their application in educational and research environments.
