Job Title: SEND Teaching Assistant - Level 3 EYP

Sanza Teaching Agency is pleased to be working with a specialist school in Brent, seeking a dedicated SEND Teaching Assistant to support a small group of children with Autism.

Job Role:
  • Supporting a small group of children with Autism, providing one-to-one and small group assistance to aid their learning and development.
  • Implementing individualised learning plans and Education, Health, and Care Plans (EHCPs) to meet the specific needs of each student.
  • Assisting the class teacher in delivering engaging and creative lessons tailored to the needs of the students.
  • Helping to manage classroom behaviour and create a positive, inclusive learning environment.
  • Working closely with other teaching assistants and support staff to ensure effective delivery of lessons and support for students.
  • Contributing to planning and assessment meetings, and
