Veterinary Clinic Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Veterinary Surgeon to join our team as a Lead Veterinary Surgeon. As a key member of our clinical team, you will be responsible for managing the clinical case loads and supporting the practice manager from an operational perspective.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage clinical case loads and prioritize tasks to ensure efficient use of time
- Support the practice manager in operational decision-making and provide guidance to less confident staff
- Develop and implement clinical protocols and procedures to improve patient care and outcomes
- Collaborate with the veterinary team to ensure seamless communication and coordination of patient care
- Contribute to the development and implementation of business strategies to drive growth and profitability
Requirements:
- Strong clinical skills and experience as a Veterinary Surgeon
- Excellent leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with clients and colleagues
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a flexible and adaptable approach
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to think critically and make informed decisions
