Contract Legal Assistant Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled Contract Legal Assistant to join our team at Sellick Partnership Limited - Public Sector. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated individual to develop their skills and contribute to the provision of proactive, professional, commercial legal advice.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Providing commercial contract advice and support to clients.
  • Managing and maintaining files as instructed by the Contracts Team.
  • Reviewing and advising on terms of business, agency agreements, and framework agreements.
  • Conducting legal research and providing recommendations.
  • Attending client meetings and providing advice on Public Procurement matters.
  • Supporting fee-earning activities under supervision.
Requirements:

Candidates must have a Law Degree or have completed their LPC to be considered for this role. Training will be provided to ensure the successful candidate has the necessary skills and knowledge to excel in this position.
