Key Responsibilities:
  • Interpret technical drawings and generate quotations for fit-out and refurbishment projects
  • Negotiate with sub-contractors and suppliers to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery
  • Produce formal quotations to customers, highlighting the benefits of our services
  • Collaborate with colleagues to develop and maintain relationships with sub-contractors and suppliers
  • Work on projects ranging in value up to £30m, requiring strong organizational and communication skills
Requirements:
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in Quantity Surveying, with a focus on fit-out and design build
  • Strong technical knowledge and understanding of industry processes, materials, and costs
