Cera Care is a digital-first healthcare-at-home company that delivers care, nursing, telehealth and repeat prescription services in people's homes via technology. We are actively looking to hire an experienced Accounts Payable Administrator to join our team in Colchester.
The successful candidate will have a passion for accounting and finance, with a strong focus on delivering exceptional results in a dynamic environment. This is an exciting opportunity to work in a large organisation, processing supplier invoices and purchase orders, creating and processing supplier payment files, reconciling supplier accounts, logging and actioning queries from suppliers and colleagues, and processing incoming post.
We offer a competitive salary of £32,000 - £42,000 per annum, flexible working hours, hybrid working arrangements, 25 days holiday + your birthday off as well as bank holidays, mobile phone, laptop and remote IT package setup for WFH days, company pension scheme, training and development for your role and future career development, and much more.
Key Responsibilities
- Process supplier invoices and purchase orders
- Create and process supplier payment files
- Reconcile supplier accounts
- Log and action queries from suppliers and colleagues
- Process incoming post
Requirements
- Accounts Payable experience in a large organisation
- Experience using an accounting system
- AAT qualified, part qualified or equivalent
- GCSEs (or equivalent), including English and Maths
