Job Description
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Room Leader to lead our Under 2's room. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for mentoring and inspiring your colleagues to deliver exceptional care and education. You will also ensure that the learning environment provides consistent stimulation and engaging activities for the children, across both the indoor and outdoor areas.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- A full and relevant Level 3 or above Early Years qualification is essential.
- Previous experience working within an Early Years setting is required, ideally as a Room Leader, Nursery Nurse, Nursery Practitioner, Early Years Educator, or similar.
- A sound understanding of the Early Years Foundation Stage is necessary.
- A strong knowledge and understanding of Safeguarding, Child Protection, and the wider legislative requirements for working with children are essential.
