English Teacher Opportunity in Dartford

We are seeking an ambitious and motivated English Teacher to join our team at a well-regarded secondary school in Dartford. As a passionate educator, you will have the opportunity to make a positive impact on the lives of our students and contribute to their academic success.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Plan and deliver high-quality lessons using a variety of approaches to enhance teaching and learning.
  • Monitor student progress, keeping accurate records of assessment outcomes and targets set to enable students to achieve their full potential.
  • Contribute to the safeguarding and promotion of the welfare and personal care of children and young people.
  • Set homework regularly to consolidate and extend learning and encourage students to take responsibility for their own learning.
  • Track student progress, monitoring achievement against targets set, and take appropriate action on student outcomes.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in English or a related field.
  • Teaching certification or relevant teaching qualifications.
  • Proven experience of teaching Maths at the secondary or higher education level.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
