The Role

We're seeking a qualified Mortgage Adviser to join our team, providing exceptional customer service and delivering expert mortgage advice to our clients.

  • Build strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and providing tailored mortgage solutions.
  • Present and deliver advice on mortgage and protection planning needs, ensuring positive outcomes for clients.
  • Meet regulatory requirements and maintain the highest standards of professionalism.
  • Take ownership of the client experience, ensuring it meets our high standards.
  • Display emotional intelligence in all interactions, both with clients and colleagues.
  • Be highly motivated and ambitious, with a passion for sales and a willingness to adapt to complex client scenarios.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

  • Fully CeMap qualified
  • At least 6 months' experience in providing mortgage advice
  • CAS preferred but not essential
  • A successful sales track record/history
  • An understanding of the mortgage and protection market
