A Day in the Life
We're seeking a skilled Customer Services Representative to provide safe and accurate technical support to customers using Medtronic Diabetes products and services. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Providing direct-to-patient support and guidance to customers
  • Resolving technical queries using troubleshooting tools and recording details in our CRM database
  • Exceeding customer expectations by handling and resolving inquiries in a timely and efficient manner

Must Haves
To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • Great communication skills in Swedish and English
  • Ability to remain calm and resilient in pressurized situations
  • Computer literacy with experience using MS Office suite and a CRM system
  • Basic to intermediate math skills to assist customers with vital statistics

Nice to Haves
While not required, experience in diabetes therapy, clinical/care-based work, or troubleshooting medical equipment/services would be beneficial. Familiarity with SAP and Salesforce is also a plus.
