The Role

We are seeking an exceptional Electronics Development Lead to join our dynamic team and help bring ground-breaking products to market.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Own the complete electronics development life cycle of flagship products, from prototype refinement through to production.
  2. Lead the development of sophisticated electromechanical systems, including motors, valves, heaters, fans, various sensors, and Wi-Fi connectivity.
  3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive product development and ensure timely delivery.
  4. Build and lead a high-performing team of electronics engineers and technicians.
  5. Oversee manufacturing processes to ensure high-quality products.

Requirements

  1. Bachelor's degree or higher in Electrical Engineering.
  2. 12+ years of experience in electronics development, with a proven track record in consultancy, SMEs, or start-up environments.
  3. Experience with Capacitive display integration, product development through to production, Altium, KiCAD, VS Code, or Github, C/C++, FreeRTOS, ESP-IDF, LVGL, I2C Communication.
  4. Strong lab skills and troubleshooting abilities.
  5. Self-motivated with excellent problem-solving capabilities.

Preferred Experience

  1. Background in consumer appliances involving air, heat, or water systems.
  2. Experience with IoT connected devices.
  3. Team leadership experience.
