- Work collaboratively with the care team to ensure residents receive a high-quality service.
- Contribute to the development and implementation of individual care plans, ensuring residents' needs are met.
- SVQ Level 2 (Care) or willing to work towards qualification.
- Driving Licence preferable but not essential.
- Ability to work flexibly, including evenings and weekends.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Caring and compassionate nature.
