Job Overview
Heightec, a leading provider of specialist training for work at height and rescue, is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Height Safety Professional to join our team.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver training courses to clients in the rope access, rescue, government agency, and telecoms industries, as well as other specialist sectors.
- Maintain high standards of safety by closely supervising trainees and ensuring adherence to defined procedures.
- Stay up-to-date with legislation and principles of risk assessment to provide expert guidance to clients.
- Inspect and maintain training equipment to ensure optimal performance and safety.
- Contribute to the development and implementation of training programs that meet the evolving needs of our clients.
- Collaborate with the Training Operations Manager to ensure seamless delivery of training services.
Requirements
- IRATA and/or EUSR/MATS instructing experience is desirable, but not essential, as full training will be provided.
- Relevant industry experience and a strong understanding of work at height and rescue principles are essential.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are required to effectively engage with clients and colleagues.
- A current, clean driving license is necessary for occasional work away from the training center.
