Team Leader Position

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Team Leader to join our Homelife Girvan Service. As a Team Leader, you will play a key role in ensuring the smooth and effective running of the service, while maintaining the highest standards of care and support for our service users.
Key Responsibilities- Manage and supervise a team of support staff to ensure the delivery of high-quality care and support services.
- Develop and implement effective care plans that meet the individual needs of our service users.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant policies, procedures, and legislation.
- Collaborate with other teams and stakeholders to achieve service goals and objectives.
- Contribute to the development and implementation of service policies and procedures.
- SVQ Social Care level 3 or equivalent qualification.
- Proven experience in a similar role, preferably in the social care sector.
- Excellent leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build effective relationships with service users, staff, and stakeholders.
- Ability to work flexibly and adapt to changing circumstances.
