Job Overview:

We are seeking a qualified and experienced Primary School Teacher to fill a Teaching Professional for Early Years position in our school. This is a great opportunity to work with young children in an EYFS setting and make a real difference in their lives.

Responsibilities and Expectations:
  • Develop and deliver engaging lesson plans that cater to the diverse needs of EYFS students, promoting their social, emotional, and cognitive growth.
  • Monitor and assess student progress, providing constructive feedback to parents and colleagues to inform teaching strategies.
  • Foster a positive and inclusive learning environment that promotes collaboration and mutual respect among students, teachers, and support staff.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to develop and implement effective teaching practices, ensuring student success and achievement.
  • Engage in ongoing professional development to refine teaching skills and stay current with curriculum requirements.
Requirements and Qualifications:
  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
  • Bachelor's degree in Education or a relevant field
  • A minimum of 2 years of teaching experience in an EYFS setting, with a proven track record of success
  • Experience working with EYFS students and a deep understanding of the EYFS curriculum
  • Strong knowledge of child development principles and the ability to differentiate instruction to meet individual needs
  • Excellent classroom management skills and proficiency in using technology to enhance learning

The estimated salary for this position is £31,650 - £43,607 per annum, based on the location and industry standards.
