We're seeking a highly skilled and experienced Building Services Manager to lead our team in Bristol. As a key member of our National MEP Team, you'll play a crucial role in driving business growth and delivering exceptional results.

About the Role
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, developers, contractors, and architects to secure WSP's position as the engineer of choice in the industry.
  • Oversee team performance, including work pipeline, finance, and operational management, to consistently meet monthly and annual budgets.
  • Work closely with likeminded individuals on exciting and challenging projects, growing a growing team with medium-term opportunities for career progression.

What You'll Need
  • A proven track record working as a Technical Director or Director (or experienced Associate Director looking to step up) within an engineering consultancy.
  • Previous experience working within building services across a range of projects, with expertise in mechanical, electrical, and sustainable buildings design.
