Planner and Infrastructure Lawyer

London, Greater London, United Kingdom Sellick Partnership Full time
Infrastructure Programme

We are investing in improving how we source, treat, and supply water, reducing the amount of water sourced from the Test and Itchen by creating a modern water supply network. This will result in a resilient water supply for our customers and the environment, whatever the weather.

The new strategic water supply asset will be built as part of this investment, with the preferred consenting mechanism being the development consent order process. However, the town and country planning process also forms a critical part of our consenting strategy.

The Planner and Infrastructure Lawyer will be responsible for advising on the consenting process, conducting planning inquiries and examinations, and drafting and negotiating planning agreements related to the consenting process for infrastructure.

  • The selected candidate will have experience of DCOs and working on large-scale infrastructure projects, with a good understanding of consenting (planning), environment and regulatory law.

Compensation Package: £95,000 - £110,000 per annum, plus 10% Bonus and 11% Pension contributions.
