We are seeking an exceptional Senior Hospitality Manager to join our esteemed team at Claridge's, a quintessential art deco hotel located in the heart of Mayfair.

The Role:

  • To create unforgettable memories for our guests by providing personalized and attentive service, building strong relationships and ensuring seamless interactions.
  • To effectively manage and resolve challenging situations with tact, diplomacy, and a commitment to excellence.
  • To collaborate closely with various departments to maintain the highest standards of guest service, aligned with the Maybourne Hotel Group's stringent quality criteria.
  • To lead and mentor the reception team, fostering a culture of excellence, and driving employee satisfaction through targeted training and development initiatives.
  • To contribute to achieving departmental objectives, including maximizing occupancy, preserving and enhancing the hotel's reputation, and meeting business targets.

  • Possesses a strong background in luxury hospitality, preferably with experience in a similar role.
  • Maintains impeccable personal presentation and exudes a warm, welcoming personality.
