We are seeking an experienced Residential Surveyor to join our team at Tulip Recruitment. This is a full-time role based in the Wiltshire and Hampshire region, requiring the successful candidate to have expertise in building pathology and experience in damp investigations.

As a Residential Surveyor, you will be responsible for conducting thorough investigations into residential properties to identify disrepair issues, including damp, mould, and structural damage. You will work closely with the team to specify works for clients and manage contractors to ensure all works are completed to a high standard and in good time.

This role requires the ability to produce high-quality condition reports of each property that solicitors can rely on in court, and may involve appearing in court as a witness if needed. Strong technical knowledge of building pathology and damp investigations is essential, as well as excellent communication and customer care skills.

We offer a competitive salary of around £45,000 - £55,000 per annum, depending on experience, and a range of benefits including access to a company vehicle. If you are a confident and experienced surveyor looking for a new challenge, we would like to hear from you.
