Operational Resilience Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Operational Resilience Specialist to join our client, a family-owned hydraulic cylinder manufacturing company in the UK. The successful candidate will work in partnership with the Managing Director to support the continued development of their operational focus, personnel, and performance.

The Operational Resilience Specialist will be responsible for improving overall output and cost performance, reducing WIP, and developing the company's operational processes. This will involve reviewing and improving processes throughout the operational process, tracking production performance, and managing new customer demand.

The ideal candidate will have strong knowledge of Excel and experience in a FMCG or Automotive sector. Six Sigma or related training is also desirable. The successful candidate will be a strong communicator and team player, with the ability to work closely with internal teams to ensure accurate business project development success and delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Review and improve processes throughout the operational process
  • Track production performance and target improvement
  • Manage new customer demand and reduce WIP
  • Work closely with internal teams to ensure accurate business project development success and delivery

Requirements:

  • Strong knowledge of Excel
