Building Surveyor Job Overview
At Bennett and Game Recruitment LTD, we are seeking a Graduate Building Surveyor to join our multi-disciplinary team in Stockport. This role offers excellent opportunities for career development as a graduate, allowing the right candidate to progress within a well-established and respected firm.

We are looking for an ambitious individual to contribute to a variety of projects across the education, ecclesiastical, and commercial sectors. As a Graduate Building Surveyor, you will be guided and mentored on how to design and manage both projects and professional work. Key responsibilities will include conducting condition surveys, writing reports, preparing funding bids, and budget estimates, drafting tender specifications, and managing planning and building regulations applications.

This role also offers the opportunity to specialize in education building consultancy and become recognized as experts in this field. We provide APC support to become MRICS qualified, ensuring your growth and development in your career as a Building Surveyor.

The ideal candidate will have a RICS-accredited degree in Building Surveying and possess strong interpersonal and communication skills. A confident and client-facing personality is essential, along with excellent time management and organizational abilities. Proficiency in IT, including AutoCAD, is also required. Additionally, a UK driving licence is essential for this role.

We offer a competitive salary of £25k - £30k, APS support, RICS Subscriptions Paid, 25 days paid holiday plus bank holidays, Business Mileage, Pension, and CPD Support.
