We are seeking a dedicated and passionate individual to join our team as a Teaching Assistant at Sir Herbert Leon Academy. As a Teaching Assistant, you will play a vital role in supporting the delivery of an excellent education to every child, in every classroom, every day.

Requirements
  • Motivation and enthusiasm
  • Understanding of pupil's learning needs, including specific SEND needs, in order to support their access to lesson content.
  • The skills to help students to develop independent learning skills.
  • Ability to deliver individual and small group targeted interventions.
  • A level 2 qualification in a relevant subject is essential, level 3 is advantageous.

Sir Herbert Leon Academy is an 11 - 16 mixed comprehensive in Bletchley, Milton Keynes. The academy offers excellent learning facilities, especially in Sport and the Arts.
