As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining relationships with our mortgage brokers, identifying new business opportunities and driving sales growth.

Key Responsibilities:
* Develop and implement effective sales strategies to grow revenue and expand our broker network* Identify new business opportunities, negotiate and close deals* Build and maintain strong relationships with our mortgage brokers, understanding their needs and preferences* Provide exceptional customer service, responding to inquiries and resolving issues efficiently* Stay up-to-date with market trends and competitor activity, adjusting sales strategies accordingly* Collaborate with account managers to deliver account plans, ensuring seamless execution and follow-up*

Requirements:
* Proven sales experience in the financial services industry* Excellent communication and negotiation skills* Ability to build strong relationships and identify new business opportunities* Strong understanding of mortgage products and services* Experience working with CRM systems and managing large databases*
