Quality Assurance Specialist

As a Quality Technologist at Encirc, you will play a crucial role in managing our Quality Management Systems (QMS) and overseeing bulk wine supply operations. This position offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to the continuous improvement of our operations while upholding industry-leading standards.
Key Responsibilities- Manage QMS to ensure all processes meet the highest standards of food safety, quality, and compliance.
- Oversee bulk wine supply operations and work closely with internal teams and external suppliers.
- Ensure the practical application of HACCP principles in food safety management.
- Interpret GFSI standards and customer-specific codes of practice.
- Education to degree level in Food Science, Food Technology, Nutrition, or a related field.
- Qualification in internal auditing or proven experience in conducting audits.
- Strong understanding of HACCP principles and food safety management.
- Solid knowledge of Quality Management Systems (QMS) and GFSI standards.
