Job Description:

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate SEN Support Worker to join our team in Macclesfield. As a Welfare Support Professional, you will play a vital role in supporting children with Special Educational Needs.

This is a versatile position that requires the ability to adapt to different age groups and key stages. The successful candidate may be required to work full-time or part-time, depending on their preference.

Experience working with children with SEN is highly desirable, as personal care may sometimes be necessary. We are looking for someone who can provide emotional, academic, and social support to ensure these students have the best possible experience at school.

  1. Supporting Students: Assist students with SEN to access their education, developing strategies to help them learn in a way that suits their individual needs.
  2. Working with Teachers: Collaborate with teachers to find ways to support students with SEN, helping to identify resources and develop personalized learning plans.
  3. Care Requirements: Provide personal care to students when needed, prioritizing their physical and emotional well-being.
Salary and Benefits:
