Supply Chain Analyst Opportunity

We are partnering with a reputable client to recruit a Supply Chain Analyst to join their team in Uckfield. This is an excellent opportunity to work with a highly thought of and expanding business.

Job Summary

The Supply Chain Analyst will be responsible for managing the end-to-end supply chain on several product ranges, maximizing service to customers while optimizing cost. The role will involve providing detailed analytical support across the Supply Chain function.

Key Responsibilities
  • Execute the demand planning process and ensure inventory exceptions are reviewed routinely.
  • Manage stock and pallet forecast, analyzing inventory changes, and providing recommendations to achieve stock targets.
  • Lead continuous improvement projects and support the Supply Chain Manager on other projects throughout the year.
  • Identify and resolve gaps in manually input data within the ERP or forecasting system.
  • Provide detailed analytical support across the Supply Chain and develop standard reports/dashboards for the Supply Chain.
Requirements
  • Proven experience in demand planning and supply planning.
  • Good understanding of associated Key Performance Indications.
  • Strong analytical skills and ability to work with complex data.
  • Strong attention to detail/accuracy and ability to work to deadlines.
  • Education to degree level (Maths, Business or Science) or equivalent.
  • Experience of forecast and replenishment systems.
  • Strong Excel skills and collaborative team-working and interpersonal skills.
