About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Clinical Nurse Specialist to join our Neurological Services team at Rotherham Doncaster and South Humber NHSFT.

Key Responsibilities
  • To deliver a specialist nursing service for individuals with neurological conditions, assessing their needs and implementing programmes of care.
  • To work effectively in a multidisciplinary team, contributing to the development of nursing within the Trust and initiating research-based practice.
  • To manage a caseload of patients with a range of neurological conditions, working in a variety of settings including hybrid working arrangements.
  • To attend and represent the service in patient-related meetings across primary and secondary care, and to aid with the development and delivery of training packages relating to neurological conditions.
Requirements
  • NMC Registered Nurse
  • Evidence of clinical experience
  • Non-Medical Prescribing qualification or willingness to undertake
  • Teaching qualification or relevant experience
  • Post graduate neuroscience or related qualifications
