New Homes Sales Representative

We are seeking a dynamic and proactive New Homes Sales Consultant to join our team at Pear Recruitment.
The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in sales, preferably in the new homes sector, and possess excellent communication skills. They will be responsible for driving sales and meeting targets, working on-site to sell off-plan properties, and building strong relationships with clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Meet and exceed sales targets
- Sell new homes on-site
- Report to the New Homes Sales Manager
- Build and maintain positive relationships with clients
Requirements:
- Proven sales experience, preferably in new homes
- Excellent communication and influencing skills
- Ability to work on-site and build strong client relationships
- Strong time management and organisational skills
