About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated and adaptable SEN Learning Support Worker to join our team at Long-term Teachers Ltd. As a Learning Support Assistant, you will provide general classroom support and 1-1 support to students with special educational needs.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide general classroom support to students with special educational needs
  • Offer 1-1 support to students as needed
  • Work closely with class teachers to understand individual student needs and develop strategies to support them
  • Be adaptable and flexible in a fast-paced educational environment
  • Put the needs of students above all else and demonstrate a commitment to their well-being and success
