**Job Title:** Sales Assistant
**Job Summary:** We are seeking a Sales Assistant to join our team in our Cowley store. As a Sales Assistant, you will play a vital role in delivering an exceptional shopping experience to our customers.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Approach customers, provide helpful and knowledgeable information on our products.
- Serve customers at the till - process sales transactions.
- Recommend and promote complimentary products with each sale.
- Collaborate with your team to achieve store sales targets and KPIs.
- Continuous stock replenishment to ensure the shelves are always full.
- Process stock deliveries in a timely manner.
- Ensure the shop floor is always kept clean and tidy, to a high standard.
- Any additional ad hoc duties, as and when required.
**Personal Characteristics:**
- A positive, can-do attitude.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Willingness to approach and serve all customers.
- The drive to exceed monthly performance targets.
- Methodical approach to completing daily tasks.
- High levels of attention to detail.
- The ability to work both individually and as part of a diverse team.
- The commitment to work 8 hours per week and the flexibility to work any day (Monday - Sunday).
**Salary/Pay:** Up to £11.64 per hour + non-contractual, hourly sales commission.
