As a seasoned Sourcing and Procurement Manager, you will lead or support a variety of sourcing activities within the People & HR Services Sourcing category. This role involves working closely with stakeholders to source new third-party solutions and optimise existing supplier services.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Contributing to the development of category strategies to effectively supply services and manage costs.
  • Collaborating with stakeholders to drive effective spend management and achieve great business outcomes.
  • Working with colleagues, partners, and suppliers to ensure project and sourcing lifecycle success.
  • Leading or supporting sourcing activities across the category, promoting market competition and driving innovation.
  • Developing strong working relationships across senior stakeholder communities.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in sourcing services within the People/HR markets or IT services & software.
  • Strong commercial awareness and negotiation skills.
  • Excellent organisation, communication, and influencing skills.
  • Natural leadership abilities with a focus on teamwork and collaboration.
