About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Paid Social Executive to join our team at N Brown. As a key member of our digital marketing team, you will be responsible for delivering engaging and inspiring campaigns that drive results.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute end-to-end management and deliverables of specified paid social campaigns from implementation to optimisation.
  • Adopt a continual 'test and learn' approach to all Paid Social activities.
  • Work with an agency and senior team to manage and deliver specified display campaigns ensuring they are delivered to time, budget and quality standards.
  • Learn to brief creative teams and control the creative output across multiple platforms.
  • Measure the success of Paid Social and Display campaigns against set objectives and targets.
  • Report on and effectively communicate performance to senior managers and other stakeholders.
Requirements
  • Prior experience in Paid Social and Display is desirable but not essential, transferrable digital marketing skills will be considered.
  • Strong analytical skills and ability to draw insight from data to inform stakeholders on campaign performance.
  • Interest in learning Excel and producing reports, formulas, and pivot tables.
  • Self-starter with a flexible, approachable attitude and good problem-solving skills.
