We are partnering with a leading European investment group, employing over 200 people across London, Jersey, Boston, and Geneva. Their global initiative concentrates on the US and European markets, spanning real estate, hedge funds, and private equity.

The Role

This Associate position focuses on private equity co-investment, secondaries, and primary fund commitments in the mid and lower-mid market. You will have access to top private markets funds and spend significant time conducting asset-level analysis and working with unique North American funds.

  • Support the team in all aspects of investment appraisal
  • Build relationships with GPs globally, emphasizing the mid-market
  • Ongoing investment monitoring
  • Contribute to the setting of investment strategy

Requirements

  • An investment banking M&A, corporate finance, or leveraged finance analyst
  • Strong modeling skills and analytical mindset
  • Enthusiasm for fund-of-funds, co-investment, and secondary investment strategies
  • A self-starter with initiative and innovative ideas
  • Strong academics
  • An additional European language is desirable but not essential
