As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for overseeing the installation of solar PV systems, ensuring seamless project execution, and maintaining the highest standards of quality and safety.
Key Responsibilities:- Supervise and manage on-site installation of solar PV systems, adhering to project plans, designs, and specifications.
- Collaborate with project managers, engineers, contractors, and suppliers to ensure project success.
- Monitor project progress and provide regular updates to stakeholders.
- Implement and uphold health and safety policies, conducting regular safety audits and inspections.
- Lead safety meetings and training sessions for on-site personnel.
- Utilize the company Quality Management System to maintain quality control procedures and ensure installation work meets required standards.
- Assist the Sales team with site surveys and provide technical guidance and support to the installation team.
- Maintain accurate and detailed project documentation, including daily reports, safety logs, and quality control records.
- Prepare and present project status reports to management and clients.
- Communicate effectively with clients, suppliers, and subcontractors to address concerns and ensure satisfaction.
