A leading cost and project management consultancy, Brandon James, is seeking a highly skilled Quantity Surveyor to join their team. The successful candidate will work alongside experienced professionals on a variety of projects across Surrey and the Southeast, including industrial, education, residential, and commercial schemes.

The Quantity Surveyor will be responsible for assisting on project management, cost management, and pre-contract services, while also having the opportunity to take ownership of their own projects. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in cost management, built environment project sector exposure, and excellent communication skills.

Key responsibilities will include:

  • Working towards chartership
  • Cost management and cost consultancy experience
  • Pre-contract experience
  • Built environment project sector exposure
  • Team player with strong communication skills
