Estimated Salary: £60,000 - £80,000 per annum
Job Description:
- To manage and oversee the day-to-day activities of our gamekeeping team, ensuring the highest standards of animal welfare and habitat conservation.
- To develop and implement strategies to enhance the sporting potential of our estate, including the development of habitats and the improvement of game stocks.
- To work closely with our team of keepers and other estate staff to maintain the integrity of our ecosystem and ensure the long-term sustainability of our operations.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- A strong background in gamekeeping or a related field, with extensive experience of managing game reserves or estates.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
- Knowledge of conservation practices and principles, with a deep understanding of the importance of preserving our natural environment.
