We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Multi Skilled Operative to join our dynamic and rapidly expanding team at Bromford. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering an outstanding service while carrying out a wide range of repairs and maintenance tasks across our properties.
Key Responsibilities- Expertise in carpentry, plumbing, and plastering
- Delivering high-quality work while ensuring all tasks are completed promptly and to high standards
- Providing exceptional customer service skills and a proactive approach to problem-solving
- Collaborating with the team to achieve individual and company-wide targets
- A competitive salary of £33,934.12 with a yearly pay review
- Performance-related pay based on meeting individual and company-wide targets
- 40 hours per week worked Monday to Friday with regular opportunities for paid overtime
- A company van, mobile phone, and tablet for business use
- Fuel card and tools
- £500 personal allowance for benefits like private medical cover, critical health insurance, and gym membership
- 27 days holiday per year plus bank holidays and the option to buy or sell 5 days
