We are seeking an experienced Mobile Developer to join our fast-growing team at Candour Solutions.

This role will involve leading/mentoring a team of 8, using your hands-on technical skills for the development and design of application solutions, and helping to define and maintain an agile software development lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Leading/mentoring a team of 8 developers.
  • Developing and designing application solutions using React Native.
  • Defining and maintaining an agile software development lifecycle.
  • Engaging with stakeholders to understand their needs and requirements.
  • Recognizing trends in technology and managing the introduction of new technologies.

Requirements:

  • 3+ years' experience with React Native.
  • Strong background in TypeScript and Jest unit testing.
  • Ability to lead and mentor a team.
  • Strong knowledge of frameworks and practices for developing software for mobile applications.
  • Desirable: Azure/DevOps experience and familiarity with CI/CD pipelines.

This role will be a 50/50 split of both mentorship and using your technical skills, within an agile working environment.

For this role, you will be required to commute to the office in Stoke on a hybrid basis.
