About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic Lifeguard to join our team at Eastwood Leisure Centre. As a Lifeguard, you will play a vital role in ensuring the safety and well-being of our customers and staff.

Key Responsibilities
  • Ensure the highest levels of service are achieved for our customers through offering a friendly, clean and safe facilities.
  • Relate to customers of all ages and abilities and also to all levels of staff.
  • Work flexibly and understand instructions from managers.
  • Demonstrate passion and energy for the leisure industry.
Requirements
  • NPLQ qualification or equivalent (training provided)
  • Competent swimmer – swim test will need to be completed as part of the interview process.
  • Well-developed interpersonal skills.
  • Team-oriented approach, able to work across organisation boundaries and demonstrate interest and be supportive of the work of staff and colleagues.
