NOC Shift Supervisor Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced NOC Shift Supervisor to join our team at ECS Resource Group.

The successful candidate will be responsible for providing dedicated support to our clients on a 24/7 basis, working closely with the NOC Manager to ensure seamless operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the NOC team to deliver exceptional client support
  • Collaborate with the NOC Manager to develop and implement operational strategies
  • Ensure timely and effective resolution of client issues
  • Monitor and analyze NOC performance metrics to identify areas for improvement

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in a NOC or similar environment
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
